Digital Marketing Manager (Client Success + Account Management)

Local & Qualified | Full-Time | 100% Remote

Local & Qualified is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead client onboarding, manage project execution, and drive strategic growth across a portfolio of accounts. This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who can balance client communication, operational execution, and marketing strategy while maintaining a high standard of quality and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities-

\n

You will work closely with our Director of Operations and internal fulfillment team to ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality execution and an excellent experience.

\n

\n

Responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Lead onboarding calls for new clients and ensure a strong start
\n
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal communication to keep work on track
\n
• Coordinate internal team members and vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
\n
• Maintain proactive client communication and relationship management
\n
• Support and implement tailored marketing strategies to drive client growth
\n
• Support strategy and execution of digital ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
\n
• Review performance, reporting, and next-step recommendations across accounts
\n

\n

\n

Required Skills & Qualifications -

\n

\n

You should have:

\n

\n
• Experience managing digital marketing clients (agency experience strongly preferred)
\n
• Strong project management skills across multiple accounts and deadlines
\n
• Confidence leading client calls and setting expectations professionally
\n
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (Google Ads and Meta Ads)
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
\n
• High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
\n
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and operate independently
\n

Monday-Friday

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time

Job Type: Full-time
