Heights Care & Rehab is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team for a consistent Friday through Sunday schedule.

Night shift nurses are vital leaders within our facility. You'll oversee resident care, support nursing staff, make critical clinical decisions, and help ensure residents receive the highest quality care throughout the night.

What You'll DoProvide clinical leadership and oversight during the night shift
Assess residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders
Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Support, mentor, and supervise nursing assistants and LPNs
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment
Help drive quality outcomes and clinical excellence
What We're Looking ForActive Colorado RN License
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
